Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your account anytime by sending us a message via the platform or email requesting to close your account.

Your monthly bill is calculated by the number of active clients on the 1st day of each month.
WILL I BE BILLED FOR INACTIVE CLIENTS?
No, not at all. If a client is inactive or leaves your care service, you will not be billed for that client.
CAN I SHARE THE QOL REPORT?
Yes, on our web platform you can print and email the report to share it with the client's family or care team.
WILL I BE BILLED FOR LEADS?
No, not at all. We will not bill you for clients that have not signed up for your care service yet.

Yes you can share a client's profile with a family member or the clients's care professional via email or invite them to use our mobile app.
