When you use our product, you trust us with your data. It is our responsibility to be clear about what we collect and how we use it to make our services work better for you.

What Information We Collect

Here are the three main types of data that we collect:

Client Information

When you use our services - for example, conduct an evaluation for a client - we collect data to continuously improve our algorithms so that our services are personalized, relevant and useful for you, your clients, and your organization. This can include:

  • Response to questions
  • When an evaluation is completed
  • Recommendations that are liked or saved
  • Recommendations that are removed
  • Customized actions for a client
  • Notes, images, videos, and events recorded and saved
  • Client name, date of birth, address, phone number and email
  • Emergency contact, doctor and/ or family member of the Client
  • Existing conditions, health incidents, medications
  • Time and date of recorded information
  • Device information
  • IP address and cookie data

Customer Information

If you are signed into your account, we store and protect all information relating to your organization. This can include:

  • List and contact information of employees, team members, clients, referral network and other care professionals
  • Locations of offices
  • List of clients
  • Schedule and calendar events
  • Roles, responsibilities and preferences
  • Photos

Account Information

When you create an account to conduct an evaluation or view an evaluation, we keep the basic information that you give us until you request us to permanently delete it. This can include your:

  • Name
  • Email address and password
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Relationship to the client evaluated
  • Telephone number
  • Address
  • Country

How We Use Your Data

We collect your data to help provide and maintain services that you have subscribed for. Those services may include, but are not limited to evaluations answers, quality of life, recommendations, caregiver burden, data analysis, benchmarking, and insights. We reserve the right to use your data, anonymized and compliant with data regulations. At any point that you terminate and cancel your subscription services, we are obliged and responsible to erase all your data.

Who Owns Your Data?

You maintain ownership of your customer and account information. The client and family, who is a legal representative of the client, owns their client's information. You have the right at any time to request a copy of all your data and to delete and destroy all your information.

Who Controls Your Data?

You control all your data, customer information, client information and account information. With our product, you can:

  • Determine what inputs and responses you would like to share and store on your account.
  • Choose who to share the information with, in a secure and confidential manner.
  • Manage access to your data and services through users, groups, permissions and credentials that customers control.
  • Determine what data and when you would like to have that data permanently removed within your account.

At any time, you have the right to send us a request to permanently delete all your data from our servers.

Who Has Access To Your Data?

Only you and any other individuals that are either an employee, care professional, client or family member of that client that you have granted permission to can access a client's or group of clients information via the platform. We have enabled within your account complete control over permission rights, invitations, and the ability to revoke access. No employee has the ability to view any of your data un-anonymized.

Is Your Data Safe?

If your data is not secure, it is not private. That is why we make sure that our services like Public Evaluations, Quality of Life Evaluations and InsightAI are HIPAA, DPA and EU-GDPR compliant.

All your data is encrypted and anonymized to bring a higher level of security and privacy to our services. When you do things conduct an evaluation, share a report, post updates on moods, photos or comments, the data that you create moves securely between your device, our services and our cloud servers. We protect this data with multiple layers of security, including leading encryption technology like HTTPS and Transport Layer Security.

Our cloud infrastructure protects your data 24/7.

Through our cloud service provider, AWS, your data is continuously monitored, protected and made available whenever you need it.

We also continuously monitor our services and underlying infrastructure to protect your data from threats, including spam, malware, viruses and other forms of malicious code.
