That's why we've created the public evaluation: a simple way for you to engage with prospective and current clients while also evaluation the clients you serve.
Personalized Link
When you sign up, you will receive a personalized public evaluation link. Every evaluation that is conducted from that link will show up in your account on our platform.
You're welcome to use this link on your website or use our handy onboarding tool and we'll email the link to all your clients.
Public Evaluation
Prospective and current clients who click on your link can conduct the quality of life evaluation at their own leisure on mobile or web. The evaluation only takes 15 minutes and when they are done, they will receive a copy of their client's quality of life report.
Analytics and Insights
Each completed evaluation will be saved into your account where you can review the quality of life reports, insights and contact information they may have provided for scheduling follow ups or first home visits.
